What to Expect

  • Your first visit is all about connection and understanding. We’ll take time to get to know you — your story, your symptoms, and your goals. This session includes a detailed discussion and evaluation so we can begin to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.

  • Pelvic symptoms rarely exist in isolation. We take a whole-body approach to uncover how posture, breathing, movement, and lifestyle may be influencing your pelvic floor. Our goal isn’t just to treat symptoms — it’s to identify root causes and guide you toward lasting relief.

  • Before you leave, we’ll create a customized plan that includes practical “homework” and self-care strategies to support your healing between visits. You’ll know exactly what to do, why it matters, and how it fits into your long-term wellness goals.

  • Pelvic health changes over time — and we’re here for every stage. Whether you’re managing a flare-up, preparing for surgery, or simply maintaining progress, you’ll have a trusted partner to help you stay confident, comfortable, and supported for the long haul.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you suspect pelvic floor issues or simply want to be proactive about your health, an evaluation with one of our specialists is the best first step. We help you understand how your body works and how everything is connected, so you can feel confident moving forward.

  • Your first visit focuses on listening to your story and understanding your goals. We assess muscles, nerves, and tissues throughout your body — sometimes including an internal exam, only if appropriate and with your full consent. You’re always in control of what happens during your sessions.

  • Many of our patients come to us after trying therapy elsewhere and notice a big difference in our one-on-one, individualized approach. Our team continually trains in the latest techniques and collaborates weekly to find the best solutions for each patient.

  • Every person and condition is unique. After your first visit, your therapist will recommend a plan based on your goals and how your body responds to treatment. Most patients work with us for several months to achieve lasting results.
